Delivery
For now, we deliver exclusively within Kenya. Orders in Nairobi arrive within 2–3 working days; other cities within the same week. You'll receive tracking by SMS and email.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery is free on all orders. Express options are shown at checkout where available.
Returns
Unworn frames can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Prescription lenses are made to order and non-refundable unless faulty.
